New technical product advisor joins growing sales team at Smirthwaite
Bespoke equipment manufacturer Smirthwaite, which designs equipment for children and young adults with additional needs, has extended its sales team with the appointment of Anthony Wright who will be taking on the role of Technical Product Advisor, The Midlands.
Anthony will further strengthen Smirthwaite’s sales team managing his own territory whilst working alongside healthcare professionals supporting children with disabilities with bespoke Smirthwaite equipment that promotes a better-quality life for the user. He brings extensive sales experience and knowledge to the role having worked in other healthcare sales roles throughout the UK.
Anthony Wright commented: “I am delighted to be joining Smirthwaite and to assist with the growth of the company’s excellent paediatric offering. It is a very exciting opportunity for me to develop and grow my region with the support of the very strong teams in the rest of the UK.”

Alongside Anthony’s appointment, Smirthwaite sales team has grown substantially over the last year with the appointment of Jodie Carter (Technical Product Advisor, North East & Cumbria/Lancaster); and the promotions of Derek York to UK Commercial Manager and Ewan McPhee to Northern Sales Manager.
The team is respected throughout the paediatric industry for their technical expertise and commitment to continuous improvement.
