Lifestyle & Mobility appoints complex product assessor for its Nexus Rehab division
Mobility retailer Lifestyle & Mobility has appointed Gavin Hosking to the role of Complex Product Assessor for Nexus Rebab, its complex rehabilitation division.
Gavin has six years industry experience working from engineering to wheelchair rehabilitation in the NHS and private sector. Gavin had previously worked for Lifestyle & Mobility at its Harlow Branch.
Darren Macey, Business Development Manager at Lifestyle & Mobility, commented: “We are thrilled to have him back with us and welcome him into our sister company Nexus Rehab where he shall be working alongside Pete Jones, our appointed Director of Nexus Rehab.”
Gavin Hosking commented: “Since leaving Lifestyle & Mobility and heading to the dark side I have seen the light and pleased to be working with the team again.
“Nexus Rehab offers a very exciting side to the business that I have an absolute passion for. I’m looking forward to working with therapist, case managers and other manufacturers again.”
Lifestyle and Mobility was founded in 2002 by Ron Sverdloff and is now managed by Managing Director Aaron Sverdloff. As well as its new Lifestyle store in Basildon, Essex, the retailer also has showrooms in Bournemouth, Harlow, Southend and Welwyn Garden City.
Earlier this year the retailer announced the launch of Nexus Rehab, a new brand with a focus on complex rehabilitation for end users at home and in clinics, based at Lifestyle & Mobility’s accessible showroom in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire.
Working with case managers, therapists, NHS and private hospitals, charities, and private individuals, Nexus Rehab aims to simplify the process and remove the challenges of purchasing and maintaining a client’s complex adaptive equipment.
