Terry Lifts Harmony FE new through floor lifts models
Terry Lifts’ new Harmony FE home lift

Planning to grab occupational therapists’ attention at this year’s OT Show, Terry Lifts is unveiling a new prototype three-door glass lift and promoting its training offer to healthcare professionals.

Encouraging visitors to the show to provide their expert feedback and opinions on the new prototype lift which is still in development, Terry Lifts says it is an opportunity for OTs to directly influence the next generation of lifting solutions coming to the market.

On stand D31, Adrian Sunter, Commercial Director for Terry Lifts, and his team will be on-hand, showcasing the new prototype, as well as the company’s new, fully-enclosed Harmony FE through-floor-lift, as well as a portable lift for temporary wheelchair access.

Launched in July 2019, the Harmony FE boasts a 325kg payload as standard, a new ‘quiet glide’ system and flexible wireless controls.

In addition to demonstrating the new ranges, Terry Lifts says the team will focus on explaining the importance of selecting and installing compliant products to delegates, emphasising that its through-floor-lifts are independently tested & certificated and comply with BS 5900:2012 (Powered home lifts with partially enclosed carriers and no lift way enclosures).

Taking the education and training focus further, Terry Lifts confirmed it is inviting OTs to utilise its training centre in Cheshire, where each attendee is “welcomed into the classroom where the theory part of the training takes place,” followed with hands-on, one-to-one product training.

According to the company, each training programme is tailored to the needs of the individual/group, with the facility catering up to six people.

The OT Show announcement follows the Knutsford-based business’ recent appearance at Interlift 2019 in October where it set out to expand its export reach by finding new global distributors.

This year’s OT Show will take place on the 27th and 28th November at the NEC in Birmingham.

Terry Lifts will be on stand D31.
