TGA and Stiltz partnership
Homelift manufacturer Stiltz and wheelchair specialist TGA Mobility have come together to work on initiatives allowing users to benefit from greater accessibility inside and outside the home.

Stiltz is recognised throughout the trade for its in-home access solutions which offer a more flexible and future-proofed alternative to traditional stairlifts. TGA is known for its commitment to innovation and change – providing wheelchairs and mobility scooters that enable individuals to live independently with confidence and peace of mind.

As quality brands both valuing each other’s respected heritage, Stiltz and TGA have begun working together to strengthen customer signposting through shared insight. Between them, these two specialist providers can offer a wealth of experience.

A recent initial senior management and board level meeting from both companies signalled the beginning of this shared venture. Daniel Stone, TGA Managing Director, and Justin Bone, TGA Business Development Manager, travelled to Stiltz Homelifts’ southern office and showroom to meet Gino Farruggio, Stiltz Trade Sales Director, and Yola Mealing, Stiltz Head of Brand & Marketing Communications, and begin discussions regarding how to work together.

TGA demonstrated how its latest WHILL C2 powerchair is ideally suited to transit in a Stiltz Homelift as its omni-wheels provide ‘on the spot’ manoeuvrability. The interactive session demonstrated that brand visions were aligned with both businesses being committed to barrier-free inclusivity. Such is the commitment, TGA have loaned Stiltz a manual and powerchair for each of their showroom locations to enable customers to experience the ease of transit into and out of the Trio+ Homelift, for themselves.

Gino believes this new relationship will be a win-win-win for both businesses as well as their respective customers as he explains: “We have been aware of TGA’s product and service quality for some time however being able to meet face-to-face has confirmed why we should work together. Seeing how the WHILL C2 works so well with our lifts to deliver seamless movement between floors and beyond, underlines why this relationship is important. Our joint initiatives will raise wider awareness of our brands and how together they can provide superior integrated accessibility.”

Daniel agrees with Gino and concludes: “Visiting Stiltz confirmed our opinion that Stiltz shares our ethics and values. Their 100 per cent dedication to individualised client needs, along with respected dealer relationships, reflect many of our ideals so for TGA, alignment makes perfect sense. Commercial arrangements will be advantageous however we have established this relationship first and foremost with the end user in mind.”
