Kymco UK boosts European presence after confirming new partnership with Filante Motors
Mobility scooter manufacturer Kymco UK has announced that it has signed an agreement with the disability equipment supplier Filante Motors SRL for it to become an Italian distributor of its range of mobility products.
A spokesperson for Milan-based Filante Motors SRL stated that it was “extremely keen” to begin working with Kymco UK to provide mobility scooters and powerchairs to the Italian market.
Managing Director Mark Hermolle commented to THIIS: “It was a great pleasure for me to meet with Filante Motors SRL last week for the signing of our partnership and I felt that the meeting was very productive for the future. We look forward to working with Filante to expand Kymco’s mobility scooter accessibility to the Italian market.”

In an interview with THIIS Magazine recently, Thomas Bradford, Marketing Coordinator for Kymco UK, discussed how new appointments to the firm’s sales, marketing, customer service and technical teams have put Kymco “on a new path” in terms of creative brand expansion and expansions to its dealer network.
The firm plans to make an appearance at Rehacare Dusseldorf on the 14th – 17th of September to further expand its European and international business.
