eFOLDi continues expansion of UK trade division with appointment of Business Development Manager
Lightweight portable mobility specialist, eFOLDi, has announced the appointment of a new Business Development Manager to help support its expanding network of UK retailers.
Neil Short joins eFOLDi as Business Development Manager with responsibility for the north, north-east, Scotland and Northern Ireland. With more than 23 years’ prior experience in the mobility industry, Neil Short comes with a depth of sector expertise having worked with a number of established retailers and equipment manufacturers.
Tim Ross, National Sales Manager, noted, “We are thrilled to have Neil join us on the team. Neil has built up some very strong customer relationships in the North of the country over the years and has extensive experience in the sector. The business has big plans for growth, but we also remain laser focused on serving our existing dealer network.
“Neil will be working closely with our dealer partners based in the north, the north-east, Scotland and Northern Ireland, helping to deliver product training and developing our commercial relationships to ensure the continued success of our trade business.”

The appointment of Neil Short, follows hot on the heels of the appointment of Shaun Finch as Business Development Manager back in December 2023, and underlines the company’s ambitious plans for growth which includes expanding both the support for its UK dealer base and maintaining a strong focus on overseas expansion.
The Surrey-based company continues to focus on its UK trade operation and expansion into new export markets across Europe, and more recently North America where it is closely collaborating with Afikim Electric Vehicles, which has its US headquarters in Florida.
