Dom Goldsmith, Managing Director at Freedom Mobility, commented, “We are absolutely delighted to be working in partnership with eFOLDi. We’ve spent some time working with their products closely, to understand just how versatile and user friendly they really are.

“Our team regard the eFOLDi range of products as truly innovative, and because they are lightweight, portable and easy to transport it helps make travel very simple for end-users. We’re determined to do things slightly differently at Freedom Mobility, and eFOLDi’s range of products offer us something unique.

“Freedom Mobility has grown fairly quickly over the last few years, and this is partly down to a very successful field sales operation which performs very well, alongside our showroom sales and servicing business.

“Customers really benefit from hands-on time with our products in a variety of retail settings. If the pandemic has taught us anything, it’s that customers are keen to interact with suppliers in a variety of different ways, both online and face-to-face.

“Building trust is key and relationships can’t always be forged easily at arms-length. Our ultimate aim is to ensure every one of our customers is matched with the right product, but we are also focused on delivering exceptional value for our customers too.”

Tim Ross, National Sales Manager at eFOLDi commented, “We’re thrilled to be working with Dom and the rest of the team at Freedom Mobility. They take the time to fully understand each products’ capabilities, so their product awareness and selling skills are excellent.

“Because of this, they are proving to be very successful with our products and have built up a solid reputation in the process. The team at Freedom Mobility have a very entrepreneurial mindset, and their hard-work and innovative approach has seen them experience a period of sustained growth.

“They have big ambitions to expand their business in the Norfolk and Suffolk regions, and we’re keen to work closely with Dom and his team to support the business on that journey”.

As well as expanding its reach in the UK, eFOLDi has been busy developing its network of authorised international distributor partners following a comprehensive refocus in its trade operation and it has already expanded into new export markets in Italy, Denmark and Israel.
