Stannah partners with Emplifi Live Commerce to bring customers a new way of shopping
Stairlift and homelift company Stannah has partnered with Emplifi Live Commerce in making an innovative step forward by launching a video powered retail service, Stannah Live which will bring customers an immersive virtual shopping experience..
With the ever-changing times and mobility shops not always easily accessible for all, the service will allow its customers to view live product demonstrations from the comfort of their own.
With a new brand-new showroom, customers can now see product demonstrations of all Stannah’s stairlift and home lift products with the guidance of a Stannah product expert without having to make a journey to a shop.
Stannah Live provides customers with an easy and flexible experience. Users will be connected to a Stannah expert who will guide the customer through the process whether they have chosen to simply browse Stannah’s range of products in live video call with the ability to ask questions in the chat feature or chosen to have a ‘face to face’ conversation; making each StannahLive call unique and tailored to the needs of the individual customer.
