Rise & Recline launches single adjustable care bed to assist with improved delivery times
Adjustable chair and bed specialist Rise & Recline has announced the launch of the latest addition to its range of adjustable beds – the Sherwood.
The Sherwood 3x 66” single electric bed is a stock item to assist with improved delivery times and has been developed to offer dealers and their customers a single adjustable care bed that will blend effortlessly into a domestic environment thanks to its high-end design.

“Over the past 18 months we have been investing in R & D to develop our product range along with ways to further support our dealers and the Sherwood is the first of several exciting developments which we will be announcing over the coming months.”
Featuring Rise & Recline’s most popular 400H Reflexion Memory Foam mattress which is wrapped with the superior heat reflective Cool max cover, the Sherwood is finished off in the new luxurious Bison Steel upholstery.
With a five-part, four movement adjustable bed action, the Sherwood can be easily adjusted using the integrated six button handset to meet the needs of the individual while the raised sides ensure the mattress will not slip if used with moving and handling equipment.
To further accommodate transferring, there is the option of a hoist access beneath the bed at no additional cost. Luxury padded sides has been specifically designed for carers to ensure their comfort when assisting the user by protecting their shins and knees.
In line with all adjustable beds in the Rise & Recline portfolio, the Sherwood is also available in the following sizes Single, Double and Dual, all of which are available in a choice of over 300 fabric options.
Additional standard features include overbed table access, toolless assembly and a mattress retaining clip sleeve with a range of accessories also available.
