New Loughborough store for Premier Mobility as experienced manager joins the retailer
Premier Mobility has launched its second shop in Shelthorpe, Loughborough, with experienced mobility retail professional Nigel Padley joining the company to head up the new branch.
The Leicestershire-based dealer retails a wide range of mobility products from its showroom in Hinkley while also specialising in the assessment, installation and maintenance of stairlifts, through-floor-lifts and hoist systems.
Recently, Premier Mobility successfully bid for a two-ear service, maintenance and installation services with Leicestershire County Council.
Building on its success, the company has now opened the doors to its second premises.
Having been involved in the selling of mobility products for major companies and smaller SMEs for the past five years, Nigel Padley, the new Retail Sales Manager for Premier Mobility, discussed his decision to join the growing retailer.
“I joined Premier Mobility as I have known the directors for several years and appreciate that they are as honest and hardworking as I am,” he explained.
“I liked that they have staff who have been there for many years. That tells me they are treated well; exactly as I would expect us to treat our customers.”
Emphasising his motto is to “treat people the same as you would wish to be treated yourself,” Nigel added: “We are large enough to handle major contracts but not too big that the customer becomes a number.”
Nigel will now be responsible for managing the new store as it embeds itself within the local community.
Highlighting the focus on providing an excellent customer experience, Nigel commented: “Everyone who calls in will receive a warm welcome and the best advice possible.
“I would like to establish the shop as the ‘go-to’ mobility shop in the area for everything they can possibly need. The shops near to me have been very supportive and even the local cat has popped in!”
