The Motability Scheme has released its autumn price list with the promise of over 120 electric vehicles (EVs) and more affordable options available.

The new price list features great value options for customers looking for an EV. Highlights include the Peugeot 2008 115kW Allure 54kWh 5dr Auto Estate (no advance payment), MG4 125kW SE EV 515kWH 5dr Auto Hatchback (no advance payment) and the Toyota BZ4X 150kW Pure 71.4kWh 5dr Auto [11kW], requiring an advance payment from £995.

As the automotive industry makes the shift to electric. Motability Operations, the organisation which delivers the Motability Scheme to over 700,000 customers, has made a pledge to make sure no one is left behind in the transition to EV.

The company continues to roll out its £300 million investment to make EVs more affordable and supporting their customers when they are ready to make the switch.

Andrew Miller, chief executive of Motability Operations, said: “As the automotive industry goes through the biggest shift in its history, we’re proud to be supporting our Scheme customers so they can remain mobile in an electric world.

“Our latest price list offers our customers an even greater range of EVs, and many are available with zero and low Advance Payments. We continue to work hard, alongside all our Scheme partners, to provide the best possible value and we hope that the latest price list will enable more of our customers to make the switch to an EV.”

Customers choosing an EV will also benefit from the Scheme’s worry-free leasing package. Motability Operations also offers customers support with charging – including arranging and covering the cost of a home chargepoint and standard installation, or access to a subscription to the bp pulse network.

There are also hundreds of great value petrol, diesel, and hybrid cars available on the latest price list, and this includes an increased number of vehicles available at zero Advance Payment and under £500 Advance Payment.

New and existing Scheme customers can use the £750 New Vehicle Payment, to help towards the cost of their Advance Payment. This payment was first introduced in February 2022, to help with the rising cost of new vehicles. The payment cannot be used more than once, and a customer must place their order at the dealership before the end of 2023.

Models and prices featured in the price list are subject to availability until 31 December 2023.
