Andrew Crawshaw commented: “I am very grateful for Caleb’s hard work and dedication to Millbrook Healthcare.”

Andrew, previously CFO of Millbrook Healthcare, brings with him many years of experience in public sector outsourcing – most recently two years at Millbrook Healthcare.

Andrew stated: “I am honoured to be taking on the CEO role at Millbrook Healthcare with a core mission to provide critical health services to vulnerable people across England.

“We have a great team, compelling opportunities for further development and a bright future”

A spokesperson also confirmed that following a recent review of the business there some roles in the firm’s central support services that are currently at risk of redundancy.

The business has been looking hard at its cost structure in light of factors, such as the rise in inflation and tightening of local authority budgets, and needs to make certain changes to ensure the business’s sustainability in the future.

Millbrook Healthcare, which is owned by a private equity firm, has recently published its latest accounts. A spokesperson confirmed that the business is in “good financial shape” and there are currently “no plans” to divest parts of the business.
