Five Mobility wins ‘Best Newcomer’ for mobility services at Center Parcs supplier awards
Bariatric and specialist equipment supplier Five Mobility has been recognised in the 2022 Center Parcs supplier awards, winning the title for ‘Best Newcomer.’
The annual awards, which was this year held at Center Parcs Sherwood Forest earlier this month recognised and celebrated the best of more than 2,000 suppliers with 15 category nominations.
Established in 2019, Five Mobility provides beds, mattresses, seating, toileting and hoisting aids and equipment to the acute, community, long-term care and home care sectors. With depots in the north and east of England, its specialist team assists healthcare professionals and patients with emergency equipment.
Greg Wingate, Sales Director for Five Mobility, commented: “We are delighted and overwhelmed not just to be recognise through nomination but to actually pick up the award for Best Newcomer is particularly pleasing and a testament to the first class service we provide not just to Center Parcs but to the NHS and our end users as a whole.
“Congratulations to our Service Managers and local Service Centres on delivering on our mission statement and thank you for going above and beyond on a daily basis.
“This award comes off the back of the implementation of additional Service Centres launched in the north and south of England, allowing Five Mobility to focus on our standard four-hour service-level agreement for core product lines, we will be opening a new Head Office in Essex in a few weeks time which will support our growth plans and rental infrastructure.”
“Thank you to Center Parcs for the recognition in this category, we hope to be invited back next year pushing for the Supplier of the Year title”.
Anna Winton, Senior Nurse Manager for Center Parcs added: “Five Mobility deliver an exceptional service. Pre=planned or last-minute requests are always accommodated, working together to ensure our guests have everything they need to enjoy their holiday.”
Center Parcs also raised an impressive £3,700 on the day through supplier donations that will be donated to Together for Short Lives which helps support seriously ill children.
Last year, Five Mobility announced that Dan Mahoney had joined the bariatric and specialist equipment supplier’s leadership team as the company’s new Operations Director.
