Mark Duffield, General Manager at Karma Mobility, has said that the supplier is looking forward to receiving feedback on its new mobility solutions at the upcoming British Healthcare Trade Show (BHTS) on 15 June 2021.

At the B2B event, which is exclusively made for the trade, Karma Mobility will be showcasing two new manual wheelchairs and one powered wheelchair. Mark is seeking feedback from mobility retailers on the new products to ensure Karma Mobility has the best possible devices for the trade.

Karma Mobility is a leading supplier of lightweight wheelchairs, powerchairs and accessories. Supplying the trade since 1999, it has gained a strong reputation for quality and design. The supplier now has an extensive product range that offers solutions for a wide variety of users.

THIIS caught up with Mark to find out more about why retailers should visit Karma Mobility at the show and the significance of having a B2B show for the mobility and access trade at the right time of year.

Why has Karma Mobility chosen to support the industry by exhibiting at BHTS?

We are exhibiting at the show because we believe it is vitally important to engage with our customers. We have never had a sales team, so it is a fantastic opportunity for us to meet, and catch up with, our customers. I think it also allows retailers to see several suppliers in one day, which enables them to get a lot done in a short amount of time.

What are you most looking forward at BHTS?

It will be great to meet our existing customers after the eventful year we have all had; it seems like such a long time since the last exhibition. We have some new products for customers to see and I am hoping to get some feedback on them to make sure we have the best solutions possible for the trade.

Why should people come and see you at the show?

In addition to our comprehensive range, we have several new products that are hopefully of interest including two new manual wheelchairs and a powered wheelchair.

Why do you think a trade-exclusive event for the industry is important?

I think there is a demand for a trade only show at the right time of year from retailers, which does not necessarily need to be held at a large national venue. If we can make it convenient and productive for visitors, I think it will be a success.

Anything else you would like to add?

Please come and see me, if you are there.
