DIETZ Mobility UK appoints experienced Area Sales Manager for the south of England
Powered wheelchair supplier DIETZ Mobility UK, an exclusive distributor for European power wheelchair manufacturer DIETZ Power, has welcomed Abigail Gage as its new Area Sales Manager for the south of England.
A former Territory Manager and product advisor at Jiraffe, a paediatric postural support equipment supplier, Abigail has 20 years experience supporting people with mobility needs and hopes her knowledge in this area will provide her with a good platform for understanding her customers.
The new role is perfect for Abigail, who has extensive knowledge of complex postural management. Abigail commented: “Having spent eight years as a key account manager and product specialist there will be a few friendly faces I will see again and many new ones I look forward to working with.
“While the world of powered mobility is new to me, the importance of getting the provision right is not and this is what will drive me forward in my new role.”
In her role, Abigail will support customers directly with therapeutic provision where required and will be a friendly face visiting the organisations who supply DIETZ equipment.
Abigail adds: “My key role will be to ensure our customers have all the means necessary to support the end users. This can range from simple marketing support through to complex engineering and unique solutions.
“Our equipment is very interchangeable and can therefore provide solutions to complex challenges where others may not be able to. For example, the SANGO Slimline Powerchair has an incredible power package whilst providing a small footprint. It is great for accessing smaller environments without the power compromise and it’s available for use with adults and paediatric seating.”
