Baffin Technology set to showcase paediatric mobility products at Kidz to Adultz North
Mobility equipment supplier Baffin Technology Systems will be exhibiting several examples from its portfolio of paediatric equipment at this year’s Kidz to Adultz North event in Manchester on November 1st.
On stand B38, the firm has stated that it will be demonstrating the NeoSIT, a paediatric orthopaedic chair which supports the user’s spine and head. The product features Second Spine, a technology system that the firm devised which provides support along the full length of the spine to reduce pressure on the vertebras.
Complimenting the neoSIT will be the Trio standing frame which also features the Second Spine technology system and balance seat which supports the positioning of the user’s spine and pelvis.
Sit to Stand devices by Baffin Technology are described by the firm as “truly multi-functional” as the user can sit up, lie down, and stand up (three-in-one) at the touch of a button on the remote control without the need to be transferred to another piece of equipment.
Also on show will be the Caretta Buggy, an adaptive stroller featuring a five-point safety harness/vest and straps for children and young adults who require support when moving around or sitting.
