Alerta Medical expands its walking aid range with three new indoor and outdoor rollators
Medical equipment manufacturer Alerta Medical has added three new rollators to its walking aid range.
The new additions consist of an indoor rollator available in three colours, blue, red and green, a hybrid wheelchair-rollator and a new four-wheel aluminium rollator with solid back.
With adjustable height handles across all models the user can feel comfortable and confident whilst walking about, enjoying the comfort of ergonomic luxury handles.
Ian Lindberg, CEO of Alerta Medical, comments: “Alerta Medical are thrilled to further enhance mobility and independence through the launch of three new rollators. Making life easier indoors and out, this is one of the most reliable ranges available in the UK, with an extremely high level of reliability.”
The Alerta Four-Wheel Aluminium Lightweight Indoor Rollator is like a personal home-help friend, according to Alerta Medical, and is equipped with a tray, bag, pull up break and push-down hand-brake lock and easy swivel wheels. It also features a robust, foldable frame and adjustable handle height.
The Alerta Aluminium Lightweight 2-in-1 Wheelchair Rollator makes an ideal companion for users with limited mobility on a long walk. The new Wheelchair-Rollator allows the user to walk as far as desired whilst allowing for that well deserved break by switching to use as a wheelchair.
The Alerta Four-Wheel Aluminium Rollator with Solid Back is a walking aid to assist users both around the house and when out and about. It boasts a strong lightweight aluminium frame equipped with a padded seat for that essential rest, a bag and sturdy backrest, puncture proof tyres and robust build for the daily routines.
Based in Irvine in Scotland, Alerta Medical is a designer and manufacturer of pressure relief and fall prevention equipment for the healthcare market, delivering solutions to proactively maximise user safety and comfort.
The manufacturer also recently introduced a new evacuation sheet which enables an air mattress to be turned into an evacuation sledge in the event of a fire.
