RehaDesign wheelchair accessories acquisition
RehaDesign, a specialist wheelchair accessories supplier for active users, has announced its recent acquisition of WheelStarz Wheelchair Accessories.

The acquisition, it states, brings together two distinct visions – one focused on empowering young wheelchair users with colourful and imaginative accessories, and the other dedicated to enhancing comfort and functionality for adult wheelchair users.

WheelStarz has made it its mission to empower children through a range of vibrant and enjoyable wheelchair accessories. These accessories not only personalise wheelchairs but also enhance comfort and functionality.

Galina Soldatenko, the founder of WheelStarz, said: “Our goal goes beyond functional accessories; we aim to inspire and empower kids. Our products enhance mobility while allowing children to express their creativity.”WheelStarz

Dr Eugene Emmer, the driving force behind RehaDesign, shared his perspective on the acquisition: “The addition of WheelStarz to our business portfolio aligns perfectly with our mission.

“Our portfolio now includes Reha Design, our original website, Wheelchair Gloves, our website catering for the US market, and now WheelStarz, our pediatric wheelchair accessories brand.

“With a history of over 15 years, RehaDesign has estabilished a strong reputation in industry. Welcoming WheelStarz into our fold is a testament to our commitment to innovation.”

Established in Europe in 2008, RehaDesign offer its products both on its websites and also through a growing global network of dealers. It encourages disability dealers interested in partnering with them to connect with Dr Eugene Emmer via email on Info@rehadesign.com.
