Tailored Lateral back Electric Mobility Denwick 1

Following the launch of its new Denwick CosiChair riser recliner and its unique Tailored Lateral back option, Electric Mobility has released the first in a series of videos to help retailers promote the riser recliner.

Embracing the power of video to engage and inform end-users, the manufacturer has created a promotional video for its trade partners to use on their websites. In addition, it has also created a shorter snippet video aimed for use on social media.

According to Electric Mobility, the investment in high-quality video and photography is even more essential for the trade during the pandemic. It notes that many retailers have reduced face-to-face appointments as a Covid-19 safety precaution while many customers are also turning to online to do their product research.

The videos will aim to provide valuable content and act as an educational tool that will help give retailers’ customers useful insights into the product.

Rebecca Bateson, Marketing & Digital Executive for Electric Mobility, explained: “The Tailored Lateral Back Design is brand new. It’s stylish, comfortable and versatile and we want our dealer network to be confident in their decision to stock it in their showroom by showing what its capable of.”

Electric Mobility also highlighted that the digital support tool may help streamline the sales process with customers, having a targeting approach during their showroom visit following more thorough product research.

“Videos allow our Authorised Dealers’ customers to experience the Denwick virtually before visiting a showroom to try it out,” continued Rebecca.

“With an increase in online digital media consumption, as a result of heightening Covid-19 measures, it’s a high priority for us to ensure our dealers can continue interacting and building a customer base through digital marketing.”

The Dewnick Tailored Lateral and Waterfall Back is available in VN Dove Grey, VN Slate Grey, VN Cocoa and VN Oatmeal and features a weight limit of up to 20 stone, as well as a tilt-in-space mechanism.

“Giving this free, professional marketing tool to our network encourages the blend of traditional showroom selling combined with an extra level of digital support as part of the pre- and post-sale experience, no matter the cultural circumstances,” finished Rebecca.
