Top-performing First Choice Mobility awarded Motability Small Dealer of the Year Award for 2023
Kent-based First Choice Mobility has been awarded with a PWS Motability Dealer of the Year award in recognition of its outstanding levels of customer service.
Every year, the Motability Scheme awards powered wheelchair and scooter dealerships who have achieved a particularly high standard of customer service.
Scheme customers, new and existing, are contacted on a random basis to ask for feedback on their experience and from this, awards are given out in three categories according to the large, medium or small size of their operation.
A member of the Motability Scheme, First Choice Mobility won its award in the ‘small’ category. The retailer, which also has an online business, has showrooms in Tankerton and Margate, with a third showroom due to open in March. Its product range includes rise and recliners, bariatric products, wheelchairs and powerchairs.
