Rehasense gets set to debut new Eco Assist power add-on at Rehacare 2023
Mobility equipment supplier Rehasense will be unveiling the latest addition to its ever-growing product range – the Eco Assist power add-on – at this year’s Rehacare 2023, taking place in Dusselfdorf, Germany, from 13-16 September 2023.
The Rehasense UK team will once again be at Rehacare working alongside and supporting their colleagues from around the world on stand A35, Hall 4 at Rehacare. Also on show will be the full Rehasense range of manual wheelchairs, rollators, Power Assisted Wheelchair Systems (PAWS) and Trackwheel.

Consisting of a high strength aluminum chassis, a 350-watt motor and 48-volt battery, the Eco Assist offers the perfect solution for wheelchair users looking for a power add-on to increase their independence.
The Eco Assist manually clamps onto the frame of the wheelchair and disconnects with ease in one simple movement and weights 15.5kg with the battery which reduces to 9.4kg with the simple removal of the battery, kick stand and clamping brackets making it easy to transport.
To ensure protection against the elements, all surfaces on the Eco Assist is powder coated and anodized.
Available in a black finish, the Eco Assist has a maximum speed of 20 kph and can be charged from empty to full in 5 hours. The twist throttle control, central LED display on/off button and three speed modes are all housed within the handlebars while standard features include cruise control, anti-slip traction control, LED headlight and horn.
Thanks to the Eco Assist, days out with family or friends which might have previously been a challenge in a manual wheelchair can be planned with confidence as the Eco-Assist is extremely easy to manoeuvre and is ideal for use in urban areas such as the high streets or shopping centre.
