“I was introduced to Gainsborough by one of my relatives who felt this organisation would be the ideal fit for my skill set, they were right. The team have all been fantastic since I joined and clients have been extremely positive. Visiting the impressive Gainsborough bath manufacturing plant for the first time was a memorable experience.”

Recently, the Group rebranded its ‘Gainsborough Specialist Bathing’ division to ‘Gainsborough Specialist Bathrooms,’ alongside the launch of its new 360-bathroom solution service, G360.

Covering all aspects of specialist bathroom implementation, from concept to completion and servicing, the new G360 service is aimed at care homes, hospitals and rehabilitation units and sees Gainsborough account managers working closely with its clients’ internal resources

Kate’s remit will include communicating Gainsborough’s new turnkey solution to the market and emphasising the associated commercial and clinical benefits of adopting G360, says the company.

“G360 services are proving popular with my contacts as they offer bathroom turnkey solutions, from pre-enablement works and design through to install and beyond,” explained Kate.

“I had previously seen several bathroom projects completed by non-specialist builders which lacked quality and precision. We are about providing durable, quality solutions that deliver sustainable care, CQC hygiene excellence and utmost safety – an offering I am proud to showcase.

“Equally the efficiency, ergonomic and hygiene-related innovations within Gainsborough baths are outstanding. I will be championing these factors whilst encouraging greater involvement from frontline care staff in the decision-making process and underlining Gainsborough’s bather-centric ethos.”
