Karma Medical presents new power wheelchair with rehab seating system at Rehacare 2022
Mobility solution manufacturer Karma Medical has launched the upgraded Morgan M power wheelchair series at Rehacare 2022.
Morgan M is a mid-wheel drive, indoor-outdoor power wheelchair compatible with one of the most versatile seating systems on the market: the Versus seating system.
The Versus seating system has been designed for wheelchair users who have been given the prognosis of a progressive disease that might see their condition change over time.
Morgan M is also compatible with the simpler KARMA Sling seating system for users looking for primary comfort and support.
Morgan M’s high-performance motors and six-wheel independent suspension system evenly distribute and absorb any shock from driving over uneven surfaces to provide best-in-class driving performance. The narrow 600 mm width and 700 mm turning radius make Morgan M a nimble navigator for indoor use.
Karma’s new Versus seating system offers an extensive range of seat dimension adjustability, integration of up to four power positioning functions, and compatibility with after-market backrests.
The capacity to easily upgrade or reconfigure Versus to meet specific user needs makes it a practical and sustainable choice.
Mark Duffield, General Manager for Karma Mobility, which has the exclusive rights to distribute Karma Medical products in the UK and Ireland, commented to THIIS:”We are delighted to preview the latest additions to the powerchair range at Rehacare, which will be available early next year.”
Morgan M will be officially distributed in the market in the first quarter of 2023. Karma Medical will showcase the new Morgan M together with other Karma power wheelchairs, such as the new Flexx Adapt paediatric wheelchair at Rehacare 2022, which takes place in Dusseldorf, Germany, from 14th-17th September 2022. Karma Medical will be on stand B51 in Hall 6.
