Herida Medical confirms new Board structure as it embarks on its next phase of growth
Privately owned pressure care specialist Herida Medical has confirmed its Board structure as it embarks on its next phase of our growth, with Sean Spencer as CEO, David Elstone as COO and Gavin Smith as CFO.
In March 2021, Herida Healthcare acquired Select Medical as its first acquisition which led to its combined brand of Herida Medical.
Now boasting two factories and 76 employees, the last year has seen the two businesses successfully united, with Sean Spencer as CEO leading the commercial operations, and David Elstone as COO delivering operational improvements and synergies.
During 2022 Herida Medical added Gavin Smith as its Chief Financial Officer and the firm stated that it was able to deliver higher UK manufacturing volumes and record double-digit sales growth.
Together, Sean Spencer, David Elstone and Gavin Smith are committed to growth with UK manufactured pressure management solutions that deliver a comprehensive and innovative range to its customers and partners.
