Willow Design sensor textile mats

Willow Design has expressed its interest in making new industry contacts and showcasing its range of sensor mats – which are new to the UK market – to visitors at the upcoming British Healthcare Trade Show.

Dylan Napier, Salesperson at Willow Design, will be on stand 12 at the event. He commented: “At Willow we are working to save caregivers time and stress.

“We aim to do that with our sensor textile mats that can detect bed exits and body fluids, sending a notification to the caregiver via a call system or an app.

“This allows the caregiver to change the bedding as soon as possible, preventing pressure sores caused by laying on soiled sheets.”

Delivered in partnership with the British Healthcare Trades Association, THIIS Magazine and Promoting Independence, and sponsored by Motion Healthcare, BHTS aims to reconnect retailers with leading manufacturers in the mobility and access sectors in a relaxed, COVID-secure space. The event takes place on 15th June 2021 at the Weetwood Hall Estate in Leeds.

Asked about why Willow Design has chosen to support the industry by exhibiting at BHTS, Dylan commented: “We’re bringing a completely unique and exclusive product to the show that we feel will bring value to many of those visiting the show.

“As our sensor mats are new to the UK market, we’re keen to speak to visitors at the show and introduce them to our product.

“We’re also looking forward to making new connections and getting the thoughts and feedback from experienced players in the industry.”
