Electric Mobility announces the passing of beloved friend and former colleague Dave Holder
It is with great sadness that Electric Mobility has announced the passing of Dave Holder, beloved friend and former colleague, who died peacefully at home on Tuesday 26 September.
Dave Holder was a valued and admired member of the Electric Mobility team as the Area Dealer Manager South West and Ireland for 14 years.
A source of joy and inspiration to all who knew him Dave was a person of great character and integrity and will be sorely missed.
Dave was a dedicated and hardworking person who put the needs of the team first and he was always willing to go the extra mile for the company and its customers, a spokesperson for Electric Mobility stated. He was a great listener, had a wonderful sense of humour and an irrepressible smile for everyone.
Janet, known as ‘Petal’, as Dave affectionately always called her, commented: “Dave thoroughly enjoyed his job and used his positive attitude to make a difference to the lives of people who need assistance with their mobility.
“He was always thankful to his dealers for their support to him in achieving his sales targets and so many of them became his close friends, who he continued to stay in touch with, much too his delight”.
The funeral will be held on Wednesday 18 October at 11 am at Treswithian Downs Crematorium in Camborne, TR14 0BL. It will be followed afterwards with a reception to celebrate his life at Halzephron Inn, Gunwalloe, TR12 7QB.
Should you want to attend the funeral and/or the gathering afterwards to pay your respects, please can you email Janet to confirm on dave.holder60@icloud.com
It is important to contact Janet to let her know, because attendee numbers are needed for the Cornish Pasties!
No flowers by request, but donations can be sent to St. Julia’s Hospice, Hayle, Cornwall, TR27 4HW.
A spokesperson for Electric Mobility stated: “On behalf of all of us here at Electric Mobility, we offer Dave’s wife, Janet, our most heartfelt condolences and sympathy at this difficult time.”
