Worcester-based Apex Medical is celebrating the addition of a 100th mobility retailer to its popular Partnership Programme after showcasing its rotational chair bed range at the recent British Healthcare Trade Show (BHTS).

The Partnership Programme was set up as a community-focused initiative in November 2020 to enable more mobility retailers to expand their product portfolio with the firm’s Rota-pro rotational chair bed range and generate a new revenue stream.

The 100th partner was secured after Snowdrop Independent Living joined the programme after meeting with Gary Hopkins, Apex National Sales Manager, at the British Healthcare Trade Show in Leeds on the 15th June 2021.

Clifford Payne, Regional Manager for Snowdrop Independent Living, said that he was thrilled about the partnership after being impressed with the quality of the product, as well as the support and training being offered as part of the programme.

Clifford said: “The Apex Partner Programme aligns perfectly to Snowdrop’s approach to the market and desire to offer specialist solutions through our dedicated customer support team.”

Greg Whelan, Marketing and Product Manager at Apex Medical, said that the programme is enabling the firm to get one step closer to its goal of having at least one store in every city in the UK.

“The BHTS Show was a great success for us as we not only partnered with Snowdrop Independent Living but also Mobility Matters in Scotland, Ability Bathing Ltd and Derbyshire Mobility. Each of these new partners are strategically located, forming part of our UK coverage target.”

Apex Medical aids retailers with tele-support and product, technical and sales training around the new products being launched.

The webinars and distance learning has proved very popular amongst its partners, the firm states, and has led to the development of an Apex Academy, where webinars and training session will be available on new products, servicing, and user features.

Apex boasts established product lines with its range of bed and mattresses within both the care and medical sectors, including mobility store, care homes, end user homes and hospitals.

Other than beds, Apex is becoming increasingly known globally for a range of respiratory products which Apex Medical have stated will soon be coming to the UK.

Mobility stores in Shropshire, the South Coast, Home Counties, South Yorkshire or West Yorkshire area who would like to be considered for the Apex Partner Programme can contact Apex’s team on 01905 774695 or e-mail sales@apexmedicalcorp.co.uk  to find out more.
