Stairlift and platform lift supplier Anglian Lifts is already part of the Accessen Group portfolio

Access and lift solutions specialists, Accessen Group has acquired UK Service Lifts, a company that specialises in installing, maintaining, modernising and servicing service lifts for various businesses.

Accessen Group, founded in 2021 by Phil Rice and Oliver Mellor and headquartered in Peterborough, has made the first acquisition as part of its plan to build a portfolio of complimentary life services companies in the UK.

Stairlift and platform lift supplier Anglian Lifts is part of its portfolio. Phil Rice started Anglian Lifts in June 2021 at the height of the pandemic and has since grown it to be a leading player in the consumer market.

The acquisition of UK Service Lifts is a strategic move that will allow Accessen Group to expand its lift services portfolio to the business-to-business service and goods lifts markets.

By combining the expertise and resources of the two companies, the group hope to provide a wider range of service and access solutions.

UK Service Lifts was founded by John Elbro and has been operating since 2009, delivering service lifts for shopping centres, department stores, banks, pubs restaurants and industrial settings, as well as offering installation, maintenance, repair, and upgrade services.
