Koller Engineering recruits
Left to right: Jade Mullis, Leoni Mullis and Kerryn Mullis

Koller Engineering, a specialist in wheelchair-accessible vehicle products, has announced that Jade Mullis has joined the company as its new accounts manager.

This addition, the firm states, helps to further strengthen the family’s multi-generational involvement in the business, reinforcing Koller’s commitment to family values and operational excellence.

Founded in 1980 by Max Koller, Koller Engineering has been guided by family leadership for over four decades. Jade, daughter of Director Leoni Mullis and granddaughter of founder Max Koller, brings her financial expertise to manage the company’s accounts.

Jade’s sister, Kerryn, joined the company two years ago after completing sixth form and has been working as a Production Assembly Assistant, contributing to manufacturing Koller’s innovative products.

In addition to her current role, Kerryn will begin training on the CNC machines used to produce Koller’s products, further expanding her skills in the company. Jade’s arrival further solidifies the family’s ongoing commitment to the business.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Jade to our team,” said Leoni Mullis, Director at Koller Engineering. “Having two of my daughters involved in the family business is a proud moment for me.

“Jade’s financial expertise complements Kerryn’s hands-on role in production, showcasing how family values and diverse skills contribute to our company’s growth.

“This multi-generational approach has been key to our success for over four decades and will continue to shape our future.”

The increasing involvement of Max Koller’s grandchildren underscores Koller Engineering’s belief in the importance of long-term vision, trust, and shared values in business success. This family-centric approach has enabled the company to maintain its position as an industry leader in wheelchair-accessible vehicle products.

Koller manufactures a range of WAV products including wheelchair restraints, floor rails, portable ramps and removable mini-bus type seat fixings. Earlier this year, Koller Engineering announced the successful renewal of its ISO 9001:2015 certification.
