VIDEO EXCLUSIVE: Ableworld targets Shropshire customers with new TV advertising campaign
National mobility retail chain Ableworld is hoping to increase its brand awareness with the launch of a brand new TV advert aimed at customers in Shropshire.
Ableworld worked with Manchester media agency Edison Media to product its new advert, which it said took a full day to film, followed by weeks of editing, and a month of preparation.
The 30-second advert will be running on TV screens for four weeks.
The retailer decided to take the jump and branch out to advertising on TV to increase brand awareness, said Ceri Dixon, Senior Marketing Manager at Ableworld.
She said that the business decided to expand its marketing strategies after researching its target market.
“We have been keen to trail TV advertising for a while and we recently decided to take the leap!
“Of course, there have been nerves and worry, however we couldn’t be happier with the end result.
“We had so much fun on the day of filming, the actors, our staff and the filming company were all great at making sure we portrayed what Ableworld is really about.
“We feel the advert captures our ethical approach to mobility equipment, and friendly atmosphere extremely well!”
The team at Ableworld are delighted with the result of the TV advert, Ceri said.
“I feel it really portrays the caring mobility retailer that we are, capturing the positive experience of visiting an Ableworld store, and hopefully our customers like it just as much as we do.”
With national and regional television spots still relatively expensive to produce, film and air, Ableworld stands amongst a handful of players in the mobility and access market, such as Stiltz Homelifts, investing in TV advertising, which still commands a large audience.
A fast growing retailer with branches across the UK, Ableworld has continued trading throughout the pandemic and launched new stores during 2020, taking its store portfolio to 36.
