Uplifts offers homeowners further customisation options for its Gen 2 homelift range
Homelift specialist Uplifts has announced an expanded range of cabin designs, fabrics and accessories, giving homeowners more choice to tailor their Gen 2 homelift around their space, style and everyday life.
The newly expanded range allows customers to shape their homelift around their personal taste, whether that means calm and neutral, warm and natural, or bold and contemporary.
Attention to detail plays a key role in making a homelift feel at home. Uplifts’ cabin lampshades are now available in nine thoughtfully chosen colours – brown, taupe, navy, grey, teal, sand, ivory, charcoal and white – making it easier to complement existing interiors or create subtle contrast. With the right shade, the inside of the homelift can feel just as considered as the room it sits within.
Uplifts’ interior designer Ayisha Onuorah agrees that these finishing touches can make all the difference. She commented: “The ability to customise colours, finishes and details means the lift can feel cohesive with the rest of the interior – almost as if it was always meant to be there. It’s those considered choices that help a space feel calm, personal and beautifully resolved.”
Customers can also choose from three new wood trim finishes, which influence the overall tone of the cabin and surrounding spaces. ‘White’ brings lightness and calm to bright, airy homes, ‘Beach’ offers a warm, earthy feel that pairs beautifully with natural materials, and ‘Dark’ delivers a quieter, more refined look for contemporary interiors. These accents, both inside and outside the cabin, Uplifts state, help the homelift settle naturally into its environment.
Recognising that people experience enclosed spaces differently Uplifts comments that it will continue to offer a choice between a half‑height door and a full‑height door. The half‑height option keeps things light and open, offering an unobstructed, welcoming feel, while the full‑height door provides a more enclosed, private experience that many users find quietly reassuring.
Every Uplifts homelift now includes an internal grab rail as standard, adding an extra layer of reassurance. In the cabin, the grab rail provides something solid to hold, a feature that can make a meaningful difference for households with family members of different ages or needs.
To suit different ways of travelling, Uplifts offers a range of seating options across its S2 and S3 homelift models. For customers who are comfortable standing during the short 30‑second journey, there is the option of no seat at all, creating a more open and spacious feel, or a fold‑up seat that tucks neatly away when not in use.

Practical new accessories help the homelift fit seamlessly into everyday life. A new shelf and coat hook provide a convenient place for bags, jackets or personal items, while leaving hands free during travel. An integrated calling system is also included.
Louis Stannah, International Marketing Leader at Uplifts, commented: “These new options are designed to help customers create something that reflects how they live, what they love, and who they share their home with.”
