Upcoming Closomat webinar to cover hoisting challenges and design solutions
Accessible toilet installer Closomat is continuing its 2024/25 clinical webinar series with a CPD-accredited session covering hoisting challenges and design solutions.
The ‘Hoisting: Practical Challenges and Design Solutions’ session will be led by Adam Ferry, Senior Occupational Therapist and Director at The OT Service, hosted by Closomat.
Taking place on Tuesday 5 November 2024 at 4pm, Thursday 7 November 2024 at 11am, and Monday 18 November 2024, at 2pm. Interested participants can register here.
The webinar will address key issues currently impacting the healthcare industry, including when it’s appropriate to use a hoist; the importance of thorough risk assessments; the effects of hoisting on daily activities, and the various hoisting options and environmental design considerations.
