The Valuable 500 launches global series exploring disability inclusion in business

The Valuable 500, the global business collective working to end disability exclusion, has announced the launch of All In, a new original series produced by BBC StoryWorks Commercial Productions.
The series shines a light on disability inclusion and accessibility across business, telling stories from sectors including health, technology, arts and culture, and consumer goods, and reflecting a wide range of disability and neurodivergence experiences.
All In was officially launched at a premiere screening event in New York City this week, held in partnership with ReelAbilities International at the Marlene Meyerson JCC Manhattan, which brought together corporate partners, series participants, and leaders from across the disability inclusion space and business.
The event featured a screening of selected films from the series, along with conversations exploring the power of storytelling to drive progress in accessibility and workplace inclusion. The preview coincided with Climate Week NYC, bringing together leaders working across both inclusion and sustainability agendas.

Drawing on early research and engagement with contributors, the series is built around three central themes: More Inclusive Innovation, Accessibility by Design, and Productive Partnerships. Together, these themes illustrate how businesses across industries are embedding accessibility and inclusion into their products, workplaces and partnerships.
The full series is available now, alongside supporting content and features. All In will be promoted across BBC StoryWorks’ social channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, over a six-month campaign, with individual films spotlighted in three promotional waves between September 2026 and March 2027. Audiences and partners are encouraged to follow and share the series using #AllIn.
Katy Talikowska, CEO, at The Valuable 500, commented: “All In shows what’s possible when business leads with accessibility and inclusion, rather than treating them as an afterthought.
“These stories, drawn from across industries and from people with vastly different experiences of disability and neurodivergence, prove that inclusive innovation isn’t a niche pursuit; it’s good business. We’re proud to work with BBC StoryWorks to bring these stories to a global audience, and we hope All In inspires more organisations to put accessibility by design at the heart of what they do.”
Mike Hess, Founder and Executive Director of Blind Institute of Technology (BIT), added: “One story that hasn’t been told enough is the story of professionals with disabilities in business.
“Giving the world an opportunity to see and hear the experiences of professionals with disabilities alongside one of the world’s leading technology companies is a story that needs to be told.”
“Companies with the scale to shape culture have a responsibility to use it well. For us, that means earning the trust of customers with disabilities through accessible products and ensuring they see themselves in the stories we tell. The more disability is simply present in those stories, the closer we get to it being what it already is: a fact of life.”
Earlier this year, The Valuable 500 announced the appointment of Mark Hodgkinson as the new Chair of The Valuable 500 Foundation Board.
