The Hearing & Mobility Store wins Rehasense UK’s customer satisfaction survey prize draw
Independent living solutions supplier Rehasense UK has announced that Swindon based The Hearing & Mobility Store has won its latest Retailer Customer Satisfaction Survey Prize Draw and recently took delivery of their prize – a Cornish cream tea hamper.
Jordan Day, Rehasense UK’s National Sales Manager, commented: “Our customer satisfaction survey is an annual event which plays an important role in our ongoing retailer support programme and I would like to pass on my congratulations to Willie Mclvor and the team at The Hearing & Mobility Store

The survey was sent out to all Rehasense UK retailers in October and was the third year of Rehasense conducting its customer satisfaction survey.
Rehasense UK states that it greatly values receiving honest and constructive feedback from its customers, as it provides invaluable insight into their experience with the firm, including assessments of its product quality and the knowledge and support provided by its sales, aftercare, and customer service teams.
Every response was carefully reviewed and used to enhance the services, helping Rehasense UK recognise where it excels and help it to identify opportunities to further strengthen and refine its performance.
The prize draw was open to everyone that took part in the survey with the winner picked randomly using an online generator.
