TGA appoints new experienced Trade Sales Administrator to strengthen mobility dealer service
Darren Ward has joined the trade team at TGA Mobility to ensure its dealers experience the most efficient service possible.
Bringing a wealth of operational knowledge to TGA, Darren previously managed 24 home and leisure stores for a well-known high street brand. This role has given Darren a proven skill set which includes advanced customer relationship management; he will now be leveraged this expertise to benefit TGA dealers.
Darren provides frontline support for all trade customers who can contact him directly with any query, which he aims to resolve quickly and efficiently. He has clear channels of communication with all TGA departments and Area Sales Managers, hence providing a single point of contact for all manner of questions.
He explained: “My mission is to ensure the best possible experience for all TGA dealers. My new role is fluid and involves a range of tasks which makes it dynamic and enjoyable. I have always been a ‘people person’ which I think is a key asset for TGA as I am trained to listen, engage and understand dealer needs.
“When it comes to satisfactory service, it’s simple things that make a big difference. Such as responding to emails in a timely fashion or calling back with a solution, often pro-actively thinking around a problem.
“I have always believed in going the extra mile in all my jobs and that’s one of the reasons why I joined TGA. We are all about making orders, deliveries, warranties, servicing etc. as easy as possible.”
As well as providing excellent service to dealers, Darren will also help drive development of the TGA trade website.
“This is already a popular and successful resource for dealers however its capabilities can be expanded much further,” he said. “24/7 online access to more trade services are planned and I am delighted to be leading this initiative.
“Outside of work I spend time in the gym when I am not busy with my two young boys. I used to play competitive rugby and I am a qualified PE teacher so will always be passionate about both competing and helping people – attitudes that I will employ every day to help TGA dealers.”
