Terry Lifts wins lot on Bolton at Home Disabled Facility Adaptations Framework
British lift manufacturer Terry Lifts has announced that it has been appointed to the Bolton at Home Disabled Facility Adaptations Framework.
Bolton at Home Limited is a charitable community benefit society which owns, manages and maintains more than 18,500 homes across the Greater Manchester borough.
It provides help and guidance with disabled facilities, grants and adaptations for anyone living in Bolton at Home properties or private housing.
Terry Lifts was awarded Lot 2, making it responsible for the supply and installation of through-floor and step lifts.
Four contractors were appointed to the Lot, with Terry Lifts ranked number one. The successful tender, Terry Lifts stated, proved technical and commercial compliance.
The framework period, which began in October 2021, will be four years.

Last year, Terry Lifts reported that it had achieved certification to the latest ISO management system standards, giving its customers added confidence in its products and services, while providing the company with a competitive edge.
