SunTech UK relocates to larger headquarters in Surrey to support its continued growth
SunTech UK, owner of eFOLDi and Betty and Bertie mobility brands, has relocated to a larger headquarters in Reigate, Surrey, as part of its continued growth plans, providing the business with 30 per cent more space overall and increased capacity across warehousing, workshop and office functions.
The new premises is expected to create a stronger operational base for the firm’s dealer network and direct customers.
The move has been made in response to the company’s continued growth and expanding brand portfolio. The expanded workshop has been designed to support more efficient handling of product servicing, whilst the larger warehouse will provide greater flexibility to manage stock, streamline workflows and support increasing product demand in the UK and overseas markets.
Additionally, the new premises includes a display and demonstration area, enabling the Company to offer onsite product demonstrations.
Commenting on the new headquarters Mark Hays, Chief Financial Officer said: “This move gives us the space we need to support the next stage of growth for SunTech, whilst maintaining the high standards of service our customers and retailers expect.
“The increased warehouse capacity, larger workshop and improved layout will make a real difference day to day, helping us manage stock more efficiently, support servicing, and continue delivering a strong experience for both dealers and end users.”
The relocation also follows further investment in the team, with three new members of staff joining across marketing, accounts and distribution/workshop roles.
eFOLDi was recently confirmed as one of the first manufacturers to support Flier Friendly, a new programme from Aviation Services UK (ASUK) that aims to improve the experience of passengers who travel by air with electric mobility aids.
