Sunshine Scooters expands to East Midlands area with its new mobility store
Specialising in the sale and hire of pre-owned, reconditioned and new mobility scooters and powerchairs, Essex-based Sunshine Scooters is expanding its business to open a second location in Boston, Lincolnshire.
Launching on Saturday 1st of August, the new East Midlands mobility store will offer a range of mobility scooters, powered wheelchairs, manual wheelchairs, walking aids, rise & recline chairs and daily living aids.
The store will also provide different services for its customers, including servicing & repairs; insurance, extended warranty and breakdown cover; as well as part exchanges.
Established in 2018, Sunshine Scooters said it was attracted to Boston by the strength of its high street and market, and a demand it perceived in the area for a business of its type.
Managing Director of Sunshine Scooters Charlie Crawt told the Boston Standard: “Our company is built on customer service, and will always go above and beyond to ensure our customers receive the best customer experience possible.
“We will be stocking a large range of mobility scooters, power chairs, wheelchairs, walking aids, rise and recliner chairs, and daily living aids.
“We will also be offering the following services: repairs and servicing of all mobility equipment, battery replacements, mobility equipment insurance, warranty and breakdown recovery, part exchanges, park and sell, and mobility equipment hire.”
Sunshine Scooters will be taking over the unit previously occupied by Pandora in Boston.
To coincide with the launch of its new East Midlands shop, Sunshine Scooters will be hosting giveaways and the chance for customers to win money off items during the opening weekend.
The mobility retailer will also offer free mobility scooter and powerchair health checks to customers, and half-price servicing on all mobility scooters and powerchairs for its launch.
