Stimulite AB marks a new chapter for the Stimulite brand at REHACARE
Stimulite AB has been showcasing its wheelchair seat cushion range at REHACARE International in Düsseldorf this week, marking the brand’s public debut under new ownership.
It marks the start of a new chapter for the brand following the move to Sweden from the Supracor factory in San Francisco after more than 30 years of successful operation.
Founders Curt Landi and Susan Wilson made the decision to sell the business to Stimulite AB, ensuring that the Stimulite product range continues to improve the lives of users around the world. Stimulate AB will now manufacture the advanced pressure-relieving seat cushions and mattresses.
Stimulite seat cushions are designed with a unique honeycomb structure for effective pressure relief, optimal ventilation and high comfort and support during prolonged sitting.
The company’s new factory and headquarters are located just outside Gothenburg, Sweden, where the same commitment to high-quality manufacturing that has always defined Stimulite will continue. The full product range remains unchanged, with all the models and sizes customers have come to rely on.
