Staff at Drive Medical UK get into the festive spirit as they raise money for charity
Staff from mobility and healthcare equipment supplier Drive Medical UK have been getting into the festive spirit and helping to raise money for Focus4Hope, a charity which supports the homeless, elderly, isolated, and vulnerable in West Yorkshire.
Over recent weeks, staff across the firm’s UK sites have been collecting items from the Focus4Hope Christmas Appeal Wish List. 
Focus4Hope’s Christmas Appeal actively seeks mince pies and other festive treats like selection boxes, biscuits, and sweets to provide to families in need and the homeless, helping bring festive joy to those who might miss out on Christmas’s small pleasures, with drop-off deadlines often in mid-December.
Staff from Drive Medical UK recently dropped its collected donations at the Focus4Hope hub in Brighouse.
A representative for Drive Medical UK said: “The team there were incredibly grateful and told us these contributions will make a real difference for families and vulnerable people in our community.”
Drive Medical UK has also announced that its head office in Halifax, West Yorkshire, will be open until 12.30pm on Wednesday 24th December and will re-open on Friday 2nd January 2026. with normal office hours from 8.30am to 17.00pm.
Earlier this month, Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare announced that it was returning to its original Drive Medical brand across all markets.
The move reflects both a return to the company’s roots and a brand platform designed to support continued leadership, future acquisitions, and global partnerships.
