Savaria Link technology launched to provide live remote visibility of lifts for engineers
Remote diagnostics and monitoring system, Savaria Link, has launched in Europe and is now included as standard on the Savaria Luma homelift and Savaria Multilift platform lift.
Designed to support engineers and service teams in the field, Savaria Link provides live remote visibility of lift status via wi-fi or ethernet connection. The system allows users to inspect board LEDs and access diagnostics, helping to reduce unnecessary call-outs and speed up fault finding.

The technology also provides alerts for critical faults, enabling service teams to respond proactively and minimise downtime for customers. Access can be shared across teams through individual Savaria Link accounts, making it easier for engineers and office-based support staff to collaborate.
Savaria Link setup instructions and account access are available through the Savaria Partner Portal.
Savaria Link will soon be introduced across additional products, including the Handicare Freecurve, 4000 and 1000 stairlifts, as well as the Garaventa Lift platform lift portfolio.
