Safespaces celebrates 25 years with the launch of a new website and education platform
Safespaces, a specialist manufacturer supporting individuals with complex needs, has announced the launch of its new website, www.safespaces.co.uk, alongside the introduction of the Safespaces Academy, a new education platform for healthcare professionals.
The launch coincides with Safespaces’ 25th anniversary, marking a quarter-century of collaboration with occupational therapists, healthcare professionals, and education providers to deliver specialist products that improve safety, wellbeing and quality of life.
The Safespaces Academy has been developed to provide accessible, profession-led learning across a range of key topics, including restrictive practice, sleep and occupation, and legislation and policy. Additional subject areas will be introduced as the Academy continues to grow.

All resources are designed to support reflection, learning, and practical application.
The new website brings together Safespaces’ specialist products, educational resources, and professional learning into a single, user-friendly platform.
In 2024 Safespaces was honoured with the prestigious King’s Award for Enterprise in the category of innovation.
