Ropox set to exhibit examples from its accessible bathing equipment portfolio at Naidex
Accessible bathrooms manufacturer Ropox will be exhibiting examples from its portfolio of accessible bathroom equipment at the upcoming Naidex exhibition at the NEC in Birmingham, 6-7th, July 2022.
On stand H24, Ropox will exhibit examples from its portfolio of accessible bathroom equipment including the SwingLine and QuickWash washbasins, the Ropox Bathtub and the range of changing/shower beds.
According to Ropox, the ergonomic design of its height-adjustable SwingLine washbasin from Ropox ensures that it fits into the smallest of rooms, with the basin able to be positioned to better suit wheelchair users and those with reduced mobility.
As with other Ropox equipment, the Swing washbasin is designed to look equally at home in a domestic or care setting while still meeting the needs of the individual and their carer.
Another product to be showcased will be the height-adjustable QuickWash basin, which comes forward from the wall and means that the user does not have to bend or reach from their wheelchair, which can cause a negative effect on their posture. The basin can be lowered from its fixed point by 140mm and out from the wall by 100mm making it the ideal solution for wheelchair users who may struggle to reach the standard height that washbasins are typically installed at.
Meanwhile, Ropox’s height-adjustable bathtub is an ‘ideal’ solution where a shower is not suitable, with an electrical control that enables the user to be comfortably transferred from the bath to a changing bench, reducing the need for manual handling.
The Ropox mobile shower/changing bed is height adjustable, the ‘smooth’ electric height adjustment enables the carer to obtain the best possible working condition while the flexible slats are designed to ensure the user is comfortable at all times.
