Rehasense UK headquarters in Hayle
By increasing its premises to 2,500 square metres the company now has the capacity to greatly increase its stock levels

Independent living solutions supplier Rehasense UK has announced that it has recently moved into larger new headquarters in Hayle, Cornwall.

The company states that it had originally planned to move in 2026, however, with 2024 seeing rapid growth in the business it became apparent that it would need to relocate sooner than planned.

By increasing its premises from 400 square metres to 2,500 square metres the company states that it now has the capacity to greatly increase its stock levels, which will enable it to fulfil customer orders in a more effective and time sensitive manner.

Rehasense takes great pride in being a Cornwall based company and employing people from the local areas. In total, the company has 15 employees with five on the road visiting dealers and conducting assessments around the UK and 10 based at Hayle in a range of customer support and warehouse roles. Rehasense was founded in 2010 in Hong Kong with Rehasense UK being established in 2018. Over the last six years, the company has grown to become one of the leading UK suppliers of independent living solutions. During this time, the company has done its best to invest in the local community and provide jobs for local people.

Lee French, Regional Director of Europe at Rehasense, comments: “One of the issues we faced in 2024 was the longer than expected shipping times which meant it has not always been easy to get the right balance.

“Some days the warehouse could be 100 per cent full and then the next day it could be empty, which would have an adverse effect on our delivery timescales to our dealers, which we have always prided ourselves on since our first day in business back in 2018.

“That is why we have made this significant investment earlier than planned to ensure we can offer our dealers an unrivalled level of service and delivery whilst at the same time future proofing our operation against potential global issues that are beyond our control” commented

In addition to the increased warehouse space, there is also a new training and development centre. Rehasense UK offers all its staff, dealers and healthcare professionals that work with its products a comprehensive training programme which covers the full Rehasense product range, and the new centre will allow the company to now offer group training sessions.Staff at Rehasense UK new headquarters in Hayle

To support the opening of the new premises, seven new members of staff have joined the Rehasense team in a range of roles which cover the office, warehouse and sales departments.

These appointments have included three new members of the customer services team – Zoe Phillips, Claire Baker and Stacey Eaton. Zoe, Claire and Stacey are responsible for processing customer orders and responding to queries while working alongside the sales, marketing, product development and logistics departments.

Lee comments: “Having joined the company at the beginning of October prior to the relocation to Hayle which took place over the festive season, Zoe, Claire and Stacey have fitted in seamlessly and are already making a difference which I hope our dealers are seeing and benefitting from”

“We truly believe that this exciting move will enable us to take Rehasense UK to the next level and provide even greater support to our UK dealer network who are vital to our business whilst also investing in the local area.”

In 2025, the company will be attending a number of national exhibitions and is planning to launch several new additions to its growing product portfolio, including a fun and stylish range of rollators. Additional recruitment is also planned as the company continues to grow.
