Rehasense appointments

Mobility solution distributor Rehasense UK has announced the appointment of three new key members of staff as the firm looks to enhance the level of service it offers to its UK dealer network and their customers.

Emma Angove has joined as European Training Manager, Louise Scott-Jones has been appointed Business Development Manager for Scotland, North of England and Northern Ireland and Zoe Phillips is the new Office Manager at the company’s UK headquarters in Redruth, Cornwall.

Lee French, Regional Director of Europe at Rehasense, commented that he was delighted to welcome Emma, Louise and Zoe to the team and is confident that they will help to take the firm to the next level.

Lee commented: “We have been looking to grow our presence in the north of the UK and Louise will undoubtably help us achieve this. Emma’s role is a new position within the company which I know will benefit not just the UK team but our European colleagues and with so many years’ experience I know that that Zoe will play a key role in the day-to-day management of our head office.”

As European Training Manager, Emma will be responsible for overseeing training programmes across the European Rehasense business community to ensure all departments are aligned to meet the objectives and vision of Rehasense as a global operation.

Emma commented: “I have spent many years working in similar roles and I’m thrilled to be joining such a forward-thinking company that not only produces great products but that helps people live a more independent lifestyle.”

In her new role, Louise Scott-Jones will be responsible for managing the existing dealer network within the north of the UK by supporting them with product training, assessments and answering customer queries while also building new relationships with dealers and healthcare professionals.

Zoe Phillips has joined Rehasense UK as Office Manager. After spending the last 25 years working as a carer and in managerial roles within health and social care settings Zoe brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience.

Within her new role, Zoe will be working alongside the sales, marketing, product development and logistics departments and overseeing the day to day running of the customer service and sale support teams to address the needs of the Rehasense dealer network and their customers.

Zoe added: “I am delighted to have this opportunity to put to good use all the experience I have gained over the years and help Jordan and the rest of the Rehasense UK team during what promises to be an exciting time for the business.”

Rehasense UK products include the Eco Assist powered add-on and the Power Assisted Wheelchair System (PAWS), which the firm recently showcased at The Big Event show in Birmingham.
