Rehasense UK adds new HD version to its power-assisted wheelchair systems range
Mobility solutions supplier Rehasense UK has announced that it has launched the PAWS HD, a high end powered add-on solution designed to help wheelchair users live as independently as possible..
In addition to the three current Power Assisted Wheelchair Systems (PAWS) models – City, Cruiser and Tourer – the PAWS HD version is available with all three models and has a maximum user weight of 160kg.
The powered add-on combines user friendly features with the latest technology, according to Rehasense, and as with every PAWS model, the HD is available with manual clamps, auto clamps and tetra hand controls. For increased range, there is a 15.6ah battery while the hill start assist provides greater confidence on inclines.
The dual hydraulic brake system, off-road tyres, traction control and adaptive cruise control all combine to offer excellent performance over various terrains while the walk assist function makes manoeuvring in even the most confined spaces stress free. The PAWS HD features the latest advanced PAWS software which delivers enhanced performance and functionality every time.
