HZS12-14 is a completely sealed, maintenance-free AGM battery manufactured by Haze. Absorbent Glass Mat (AGM) is the most popular range in electric vehicle applications as they can withstand deep discharges caused by long periods of use.
The Haze HZS12-14 offers an increased capacity of 14Ah in the same box size that most manufacturers achieve 12Ah. This extra capacity means that the battery is under far less strain when in use on a mobility scooter, meaning the end-user will achieve greater distances.
This battery suits a user who needs more power but has limited space on their scooter; it offers the customer a chance to upgrade their battery power without having to necessarily upgrade the vehicle. Perfect for an occasional user who travels a further distance, it is a mid-range battery option between standard AGM and GEL.
