Accessible bathroom supplier PROCare has announced the acquisition of Autumn UK, a Greater Manchester-based manufacturer of shower screens, doors, and accessibility solutions.
Having worked together for over a decade, the acquisition marks a natural next step in PROCare’s long-standing partnership with Autumn UK, and reinforces its position as a leader in specialist bathroom and wet room solutions.
Autumn UK’s range of shower screens and doors has been a core part of PROCare’s catalogue for years, trusted by housing providers, contractors, OT’s, installers, and end-users.
PROCare expects that the acquisition of Autumn UK will not only strengthen its product offering but bring operational benefits, by ensuring quicker lead times, streamlined logistics, and a high level of customer service.
All Autumn UK products will continue to be branded under PROCare and remain available in its full catalogue.
PROCare is retaining the skilled team at Autumn UK, preserving decades of expertise, and securing jobs within Greater Manchester.
