Primacare appoints new sales director with extensive specialist seating experience
Specialist seating manufacturer Primacare has announced that Ben Westcott has joined its firm as sales director.
Ben Westcott’s extensive sales experience includes working at specialist seating firms Rise & Recline for nine years and Repose Furniture for eight years. In his most recent role Ben worked as business development manager for Aidacare.
David Tomlin, Managing Director at Primacare Group, stated to THIIS that he was happy with the appointment, adding: “Ben’s selection was easier because of his experience with specialist seating, which is an ideal fit for the business.”
Ben also commented: “I’m looking forward to catching up with our existing customers and finding out how we can continue to progress. I’m also looking forward to discussing our many seating options to prospective distributors – we have many many solutions to seating problems, complex or not.”
Primacare engineers and manufactures its specialist chairs in Wales, where it produces a broad range of mechanisms, fabrics, features and accessories.
In 2024, Primacare Group was sold to an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT).
