Pride Mobility unveils “game-changer” mobility scooter with compact folding mechanism
Mobility products manufacturer Pride Mobility has launched a lightweight portable mobility scooter which it states is a game-changer for personal mobility.
Folding in seconds to a height of 12″ without the user having to remove the seat, the Go Go Super Portable scooter features ‘Charge360’ technology for convenient, magnetic battery charging.
The battery charger connects to the charging port in any direction and magnetically snaps into place, illuminating to indicate a successful connection. Only minimal dexterity – and no additional force – required.
The scooter folds down to a depth of 12” in a few short steps and unfolds just as quickly so you can get moving again. It can be cantilevered into car trunks, fits into other tight spaces neatly, can be stood upright, and features a handle for easy towing.

Other features of the GoGo Super Portable include a storage compartment located under the seat, front and rear lighting for increased visibility and a front storage bag located within arm’s reach.
The scooter offers a top speed of up to 4.5mph and a turning radius of 51.6″. Powered by an airline-compliant lithium battery the scooter stands upright when folded and has a cantilever lift design for trunk storage. It offers a user weight capacity of 136kg.
